NEW QUARTER is on the hunt for a bartender!

COMMUNE GROUP consists of such restaurants as Tokyo Tina, New Quarter, Firebird, Hanoi Hannah and Moonhouse.

This is a rare opportunity that doesn't come along often so we are on the lookout for the right person with the relevant bar experience to join our tight-nit team!

Wines are mostly all-Australian and so are most of the beers, with the exception of Bia Hanoi rice lager from Vietnam. The cocktail list includes a Yizu-Cucumber collins and a Kaffir Lime Margarita.

Our teams are passionate, engaged, and excited about Asian cuisine and the dining industry as a whole. We are constantly joining exciting events around the city and have a strong passion for food, creativity and establishing restaurant institutions in Melbourne. 

Our venues are well-known in the South-East for its innovative and delicious take on Asian Cuisine with fun, busy, vibing restaurants, a wide array of wines from all over the world and tasty seasonal cocktail menus to boot (forever changing and coming up with new ideas!)

**We are looking for someone with experience as a bartender in a restaurant environment, wanting to take the next step in their career. With ongoing company growth and training, we're most importantly after a fun, vibrant personality who loves to be busy and is looking to not only be a part of a tight nit team, but is wanting to make their stamp in one of the busiest restaurants South-Side.

No crazy late nights, no crazy early starts, lovely customers in a fast paced restaurant who care about making their mark in the future of the hospitality industry and the environment. If this sounds like you we would love to chat!
